Subscription Services

Digital Subscriptions:

Vazzy.tv offers digital subscriptions for TV streaming services. Due to the nature of digital content and services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please note the following:

  • Refund Eligibility:
    • Refunds will only be considered if requested within 7 days of the initial purchase of the subscription and if the subscription has not been used.
    • If technical issues prevent you from accessing our Service, please contact us immediately at support@vazzy.tv or +1 (479) 395-3677 for assistance. If the issue is not resolved within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a refund.
  • Partial Refunds:
    • We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period. For example, if you purchase a monthly subscription but decide to cancel halfway through the month, no refund will be provided for the remaining days.
  • Free Trials:
    • If you signed up for a free trial, you will not be charged unless you continue the subscription after the trial period ends. No refunds will be issued for payments made after a free trial unless the subscription is canceled before the trial period expires.

Cancellation of Subscriptions

No refunds will be provided for subscriptions canceled after the billing cycle has started.


Non-Refundable Purchases

The following circumstances do not qualify for refunds:

  • Used Subscriptions: Subscriptions that have already been used or partially consumed.
  • Late Requests: Refund requests made more than 7 days after the purchase date.
  • Failure to Cancel: If you fail to cancel your subscription before it renews, you will not be eligible for a refund of the renewal charge.
